Employee Policies, Procedures and Forms

Chapter 55-Personnel of the City Code was repealed and replaced by City Council on April 9, 2018 (Ordinance 2018-08) and last amended on September 23, 2019 (Ordinance 2019-34).  The Employee Policy Manual contains policies, procedures, programs, and forms which govern personnel practices for all City employees.
