Planning Commission

Responsibilities


The Planning Commission is comprised of Milford residents as appointed by the Mayor. The commission reviews all land use applications for compliance with the zoning and subdivision ordinances. Except for site plan applications, the commission will recommend approval or denial of a Land Use Application to the City Council, who then makes a final decision.
