City of Milford Online Services
Welcome to the New City of Milford Online Services Menu. In an effort to make paying your bill online and being able to allow new features available to residents in the future we are now introducing our new Online Services System
In order to use this new system a new login account must be created in order for you to pay your bill and utilize this new service.
Please follow these simple steps in order to complete that process.

1. Input your current email address and enter a password that you would like to use. Please enter it twice to ensure you have it typed correctly. Your password must contain at least 1 upper case letter, at least one lower case letter and at least one number.
2. An email will then be dispatched to your email account that you gave in the last step. In this email you will be required to click on the link that comes to enable your account. You may then proceed to login to your account on the main page by clicking LOGIN in the upper right hand corner.
3. After you login please click on Edit Profile and fill in your user information. It is very important as well to be sure to choose City of Milford as your HomeSite.
To link your utility account to your online services account please use the following instructions.
1. Login to the online services page by clicking Login in the upper right hand corner and using the email address and password you created.
2. Click on Utility Billing on the right hand side to the enter the Utility Billing Payment module.
3. The first time you do this it will say you do not have an account linked.
4. To link your utility account click on Edit Master Account on the left hand side.
5. Click on Add Account.
6. You will need your Account ID (with the dash) and your current due date. Your due date is typically the 15th of every month unless it falls on a weekend. The current due date is 021610. Please refer to your bill to know your due date.
7. Click Submit.

*** Attention IE8 Users ***
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 you may notice a few issues when it comes to viewing our new site. These issues are currently being addressed, however in the mean time we have two fixes for you to do to make the site function and look like normal
1. When you open the site for the first time an error will appear in the top left hand corner and the page will see to not display correctly. To fix this issue simply click the Compatibility View that is located to the right of your address bar in Internet Explorer 8.

2. You will also notice as you go through each page a security window will popup asking you whether or not you wish to display content. The correct answer to this button is NO.
However if you do not wish to see that popup keeping coming up please follow these instructions to remove it
- Going to Tools->Internet Options->Security
- Select the ?Security? tab
- Click the ?Custom Level? button
- In the ?Miscellaneous? section change ?Display mixed content? to Disable
- Click OK and return to your Internet Explorer screen
