The City of Milford and the Milford Parks and Recreation Department will cut the ribbon on the new pickleball courts and playground in Memorial Park along the Riverwalk (east of S. Washington St. and the basketball court) on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 2pm in front of the playground. The public is invited to attend.

City of Milford will cut ribbon on Memorial Park Pickleball Court, Playground
The City of Milford and the Parks and Recreation Dept. will cut the ribbon on the new pickleball courts and playground in Memorial Park along the Riverwalk on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 2pm in front of the playground (east of S. Washington St. and basketball court). The public is invited to attend.
Designed with a shipbuilding theme in mind, the new playground features slides and swinging and climbing equipment for children of all ages.
Funding for the projects was provided from the State Bond Bill, sponsored by Senator Wilson and Representatives Postles and Shupe, as well as DNREC’s Outdoor Recreation, Parks and Trails (ORPT) program.
