The City of Milford, in partnership with our wholesale power provider, Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation (DEMEC), and American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP), has implemented an Efficiency Smart service to all City of Milford electric customers.  Efficiency Smart helps residential and business customers use less energy and save money through technical assistance and financial incentives.  Residential customers can access product rebates on efficient appliances and get discounts on efficient lightbulbs and products.  Business customers using less than 500,000 kWh annually across all facilities are eligible to participate in the Business Entergy Rebate program.  Businesses using over this amount annually will have access to a key account manager who will be available to proactively identify ways to help save electricity.
