- BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB PARKING LOT PROJECT
SOLICITATION OF BIDS
Sealed Bids, in duplicate, for the construction of the Boys and Girls Club Parking Lot Project will be received by the City of Milford, Attn: City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 201 South Walnut Street, Milford, Delaware 19963, until 2:00 PM local time on Friday, May 7, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
This project proposes the 2” milling and repaving of 650 square yards of street and 1250 square yards of surface sealing using International Slurry Surfacing Association (ISSA) mix type 1. In addition, there are three catch basins which have sinking areas around them requiring repair, and restriping of the parking lot.
The contract documents may be examined or obtained by contacting the Milford Public Works Department, 180 Vickers Drive, Milford, DE 19963. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. At the above address.
Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 via video conferencing. Interested parties shall contact James Puddicombe, City Engineer, at (302) 393-5395 for details. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
