Please follow the process outlined below to obtain your sandbags:
1) Contact Public Works
Call the Public Works main office at 302-422-1110 and speak with the administrative staff.
2) Schedule Pickup
Work with the Public Works admin to schedule a time for you to pick up your sandbags at 180 Vickers Drive, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
3) Proof of Residence
When you arrive, please go to the front door and present proof of residence.
4) Pick Up Your Bags
After verifying your information, drive around to the side gate located next to the large radio tower, where a staff member will provide you with 10 sandbags.
