Code Purple will be in affect the evenings of December 1, 2 and 3.

The following shelters will be open in Milford:

Avenue United Methodist Church (men only); 20 N Church Street; opens at 7:00 pm, closes at 7:00 am

Code Purple is enacted whenever the night time temperature or wind chill is expected to fall below 32 degrees.  Not a traditional shelter, a Code Purple shelter provides emergency shelter to aid the homeless on cold nights.
