The City will accept statements of qualifications from Commercial Real Estate Professionals until April 6.  Professional services will include, but are not limited to, real estate services related to the analysis, marketing, and sale, lease or exchange of City-owned real property, primarily within the Independence Commons Professional Park and the Greater Milford Business Complex.  A full copy of the RFQ is provided in the link below.
