The Institute for Public Administration (IPA) at the University of Delaware is working with the Delaware Transit Corporation on a Mobility in Motion initiative.  

An online Needs Assessment Survey is being conducted until September 30, 2018 to gather information on transportation gaps and unmet mobility needs of Delawareans—particularly transportation-disadvantaged populations who may face challenges getting to medical appointments, jobs, social support services, or educational opportunities.
