There being only one candidate for the Office of City Council in Ward Two, Ward Three and Ward Four, those candidates are entitled to assume office without a formal election.  The election for the Office of City Council in Ward One will take place Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.
