2019 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Milford Police Department will be applying for the above listed grant. We invite Milford residents to submit their comments.
The Milford Police Department is required by the U. S. Department of Justice-Office of Justice Programs to solicit citizen comments on the JAG project.
JAG helps governments fight crime by funding local initiatives, technical assistance, training, personnel, equipment, supplies, contractual support, and information systems for criminal justice. This solicitation is for a disparate of Sussex County agencies, with recommended allocations of $19,301 to the City of Milford Police Department to purchase a rotatable speed sign and a radar unit with accessories.
The deadline to submit comments is August 23, 2019 by 4:00pm Eastern Daylight Time.
