Pursuant to the 15th modification of the State of Emergency issued by Governor Carney, the City of Milford will be mailing all eligible voters an absentee ballot.
Absentee voting is a two part process. First eligible voters will receive an affidavit to complete and return to the City Clerk’s Office. Upon receipt, eligible voters will receive an official ballot to be completed and returned to the City Clerk’s Office. All mailings are postage paid and there is no need to call and request an absentee ballot.
Please note that should an eligible voter wish to cast their vote in person on June 13, 2020, the following measures will be strictly enforced at the Polling Place (180 Vickers Drive):
1. Social distancing requirements
2. All persons age 13 and older wear a face covering at all times
3. 10 persons at a time may be in the polling place
