TRAFFIC ALERT - Pave & Rehab Project Will Require Daytime Lane Shifts on Old Shawnee Road

Traffic Information: DelDOT’s contractor George & Lynch Inc. will be replacing the curbs on Old Shawnee Road with lane shifts. After the curbing work is finished, the contractor will have intermittent lane and shoulder closures for milling, paving, and re-striping on Old Shawnee Road.

Times and Dates: 7:00 AM until 5:00 p.m. weekdays starting on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 until mid-December 2020 pending weather.

Location: Old Shawnee Road from Route 36/Shawnee Road to US 113, Milford.

Motorists should be aware that construction personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to the travel lanes and anticipate lane shifts and please slow down in work zones.
