We recently learned our third party bill printer is delayed in printing and mailing our August paper utility bills.  If you have not yet received your bill and would like to view and pay it, please follow the Online Bill Pay link to view a pdf copy of your recent bill and pay online.  If you need assistance setting up your online account, please call Customer Service at (302) 422-6616.
