City of Milford Solicits Public Comments on its ADA Barrier Removal/Transition Plan

Instructions for Submitting Comment on the Barrier Removal Plan:

1. Review the linked draft Barrier Removal Plan
2. Your comments must be submitted in writing and must include the following:
   1. The page number of the draft Plan where you first observed the information upon which you would like to comment
   2. Your specific input
   3. Your name, address, phone number and email address (include all that are applicable)
3. Submit the information in one of two ways:
   1. By email, submit the information above to ada@milford-de.gov.
   2. By hard copy letter, addressed to:

4. Submit your written input no later than end of business Thursday, December 30, 2021.

5. After that, public comments received will be incorporated, if appropriate, and the final Transition Plan will be published on the City’s website and available for review upon request.
