The Town of Slaughter Beach has been notified by the Delaware Department of Transportation that Bay Avenue will be closed to traffic at the curve closest to Beach Plum Drive and as a result, no vehicles will be able to enter or depart the Town via Route 36.

This work will start January 10, 2022 and is expected to take approximately seven days.  Should the project take longer, we should be notified, and will then notify you of same.
