In January 2025, the City of Milford partnered with Polco to conduct the National Citizen Survey (NCS), reaching out to 3,000 randomly selected households and providing online access for all residents. A total of 361 responses were received, offering important insights into community satisfaction across key areas such as, safety, economy, infrastructure, and recreation.
