2. ALERT!
   Microsoft’s personal email services(@hotmail.com, @live.com) have recently implemented stricter email security policies, particularly around DKIM authentication.
   
   Unfortunately, there is no current workaround available to address this limitation.
   
   As a temporary step, we recommend adding the following email addresses and domain to the Safe Senders list in Microsoft email settings:

   • noreply@civicplus.com
   • listserv@civicplus.com
   • civicplus.com

   Even with whitelisting, Microsoft’s strict security rules may still block some emails. Another suggestion would be to switch to a different email provider (gmail.com or yahoo.com)
    
   While our vendor does not have a specific timeline for this enhancement, we will list any resolution here.
