Employee Policies, Procedures and Forms

Chapter 55-Personnel of the City Code was repealed and replaced by City Council on April 9, 2018 (Ordinance 2018-08) and last amended on April 27, 2020 (Ordinance 2020-09).  The Employee Policy Manual contains policies, procedures, programs, and forms which govern personnel practices for all City employees.
